This coffee comes from the Ghany family estate (Happy Ghany Organics) in Gran Couva, Trinidad. The estate has the Rainforest Alliance certification and it is well known for its remarkable cocoa. The coffee is also top notch! This offering is usually limited as the estate is predominantly cocoa oriented, but we’re glad we have enough to offer a few bags. Very different from the Robustas from South Trinidad.
Notes of brown spice, brown sugar and caramel. Smooth mouthfeel.
Medium Roast
Nitrogen flushed/vacuum packed in a resealable zip bag with degassing valve to preserve the freshness of the coffee. Roasted and packaged to order.
